Just for clarity, sending 5 non-humans is considered a sizable reinforcement. If you had human troops, you'd have yourself a full-fledged Mid-Areian army. Recall that only some villages feature nonhumans, and amongst those there are only about 1-3 non's max. The Elderborne are by far the most numerous of nonhumans, even considering races such as goblinoids. Cadkis is almost unique in respect that it is able to bring so many nonhumans together through draft and through force.

Cadkisi villages are still run independently of another, there is not much in the way of central management. Cadkis is only bound by a central military led by the Bloodmaster, the being entrusted with the power of the Bloodfort. The Bloodmaster is expected to force all Cadkisi villages to do their part by contributing to the military. Tiny Cadkis survives only by being extremely military-centered. In regards to its primary rivals, Safron and Ravil, it only is able to pose a threat by subverting more nonhumans. Even then, only the Bloodfort can truely resist a full-bore invasion.

EDIT:: The Guardhouse
The guardhouse is a contructed building located directly in front of the Bloodfort's largest entrance. It is multiple stories high and features a large hallway between the outside and the Bloodfort. Second story murder holes allow fire at the hallway from a safe location. The guardhouse serves as an interface between the Bloodfort and the not Bloodfort, so besides guards it holds a number of lackey's whose jobs are to receive audience from the villages, escorting any they deem necessary.

Silis sits at the head of a ox-drawn cart in the middle of the hallway. The cart is full of supplies that you may or may not need. Regardless, they appear to have been purposed to also replenish Warmaster Both's forces.

No. And its the size of a monster truck, just more horizontal than vertical. 3 oxen side by side, assumably with enhanced strength. There is also a huge flag sticking up from the middle saying "Hai banditz wants stuffs?"

Sorry for how long its taking me to make something happen. I was giving French a chance, but I especially like Vash's singing that came from it. And the tie between Cail'is and Elderborne.

Here's something I posted a little ambiguously (I doubt Rockem caught it either):
Marquis has teal skin, which is descriptive of a Cail'is. Naked infers that he has no tattoos.

I did not notice that his natural skin tone was teal. I was thinking Chiss even though i knew better.

Its sorta difficult to extrapolate armor over the rest of the body when there is so little to start with... but I like what's in mah head.

If I was gonna drop it I would have put the points into somthing different.
