Sorry Steve you can no has plain transfer abirity. not as a natural skill anyway. you can be trained to use it and its a device but it only lasts so long before it has to recharge. He is very loose with his words, not caring who hears them, but he always has a soft spot for other people. His "sister" Marlene is quite the opposite. though she enjoys relaxing and telling jokes she is more often than not a strict person, keeping her uniform pressed and tighty and he blonde hair in a bun at all times. yuji is the squads bomb specialist and tech unit while his sister is a heavy gunner and is trained in all manners of assault tactics. All of your characters know them from training as a very skilled duo in CQC.

After examining the IC, I think I might drop the salvage part. Since the demons seem to melt everything into new creations, and humanity cleans up their shit, I doubt I'll have an opportunity to use it. Medicine might get dropped too. But I still want to be the character with 3 Int.

Med could be useful. And the way to come up with a name is to make the character first, personality, backstory you know. Then have THEM tell you their name.
