    Death and Revival

Post by Ippy on Fri Oct 28, 2011 11:42 am

This thread is for the purpose of declaring games over, done with, and dead. Any player may request to end a game, and if it seems reasonable I will put up a poll where players may vote to kill, continue, or bump a game. If the game is decided dead, I will move it to the basket to clear room for more games.

Also, anyone may request to bring back a game from the archive. This will work much the same way as voting to kill it: I will put up a poll should it seem reasonable. Naturally, someone must be willing to serve as GM for the revived game, and they must have the blessing of the original GM.

Accomplishment, without more activity, will be removed after two days (Thursday, 10th).

Since Western has seen no posts since Monday (and that was the GM's and not a player's), I've thrown it up on the poll.

Didn't we talk about your Western one a little while ago? I would be up for that and making a more interesting character. I think we just got to a bad RP part and no one knew what to do, same with Wagners' campaign and I liked them both. There are very talented writers on this forum and I enjoy reading their posts along with everyones elses.

I could also try my hand at my own, (a real one not like the starwars one I posted eariler.) if any one would like. I understand there is a difference between playing and being a GM even if the forum games blur the line a bit but I find going into a world knowing nothing more fun than one you created.

Well there are my two cents along with two patitions for revival.

I would be okay with starting Western again, on the condition I wasn't the GM of Wrought from the Coffin at the same time. Basically we would have to vote Wrought from the Coffin dead, or I would have to pass off my role as GM, which, I guess I can do, if people want it. Since that game has a fairly open plot and semi-established world, it'd be a good candidate for a GM switch (on the other hand I am selfish concerning Western and would not give up my role as GM for that game).

On the note of you starting one or Wagner's reviving-- I don't think I personally can handle more than two games. Being both a player of and the GM of WftC counts as two for me (and I honestly don't even seem to be able to handle that much). Of course, other players could easily fill those games, provided Loki or you GM.

You said before you wanted some forum game to get going ippy that we would all play. I'll play anything but I wanted to hear what everyone else may want to play if anything.
