A grand metal village located in a pristine valley surrounded on all sides by mountains. Large metal platforms support 3 different districts atop a large lake. There is a Merchant, resident, and military district. Dotted along the village are huge anti-aircraft guns leftover from some past civilization.
40 years ago machine declared war on all of flesh. Five years later nearly 90% of all intelligent life was eliminated. The machines where close to achieving total victory when a hero of man arose. Bronas, armed with the legendary Mechbane Blade, tore through rank after rank of the attacking robots. He alone struck down robot queen and forced a full metal retreat.
This small bit of history is all that remains from the terrible era of near extinction. Once large cities and huge trading empires reduced to mere villages of scavenging mortals only trying to survive against the encroaching wilds. Communication between villages became a luxury. The last time C5 heard from the outside world was from a caravan nearly 2 years ago.
Unfortunately Bronas was gravely injured in the final battle and remains mostly bed ridden in his home at C5. His daughter Emmy, his only remaining family, watches over him and keeps his the house. Mechbane resided in a special vault within the military district.

Elves are thin elvish looking humans where half orcs are brutish stronger humans ect.
Mendo are a race of small furry intelligent huminoids complete with long floppy ears and a variety of fur colors and designs.

Recruit: (Highest stat be physical.) Gain dodge as bonus feat. flanking provides an additional +1
Miner: (str of 13+) +1 to str or con. +1 to cmb. +1 to fort.
Mechanic: (int 12+) adds the mechanics knowlege (an improved engineering). +2 bonus to gunsmith(if skill is provided by class) Slightly extended remnant bonus activation/effect time.
Scholar: (Int/Wis highest stat) Provides access to Arluien Language(not available otherwise). +2 bonus on any 2 knowledge. +20 bonus starting gold.
Hunter/Fisherman: (Dex/Wis 12+) Provides free starting weapon. +2 knowlege nature.
Villager(no req) +1 to any stat
Entertainer - (Cha highest/2nd highest skill) +1 to cha based skills. Starts with an instrument of choice. Gain slight of hand as class skill.
- New Skills:
Search- (Int+wis) Allows the searching/scavenging of a pre-explored area. Allows you to find crafting material/ goods/ ore/ previously missed treasures/ or even exits previously missed. *Survival can be used in the same way for hunting/alchemical material scavenging where appropriate*
