I found this awesome fan-made campaign for Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne.
Basically it shows in RTS form the story of the Blood Elves between Frozen Throne and the end of Burning Crusade (it even has you play out the battle at Magister's Terrace). The creator went on to make a Forsaken-centered sequel for Wrath of the Lich King and is now working on one for Cataclysm, though for that they said there won't be a singular focus.
He or she made an entire custom race for the Blood Elves and it's pretty well made. The highest tech unit, Phoenixes, are a little op (they're basically mass-production versions of the Blood Mage ult that don't burn themselves out) and Blood Knights are freaking silly compared to Knights, Aboms, Tauren, and Bears (they're a hybrid Tier-3 melee and a spellcaster. Basically a Bear that can still cast all spells and regen mp at normal speed in bear form)
Gonna play the Forsaken campaign, next
That's another custom race. It basically throws out everything Scourge-specific from the undead (Fiends, Wyrms, Necros, Acolytes, and Shades are replaced).

Protip: Max out Alessandra's Q (the creator assigns Hero skills to the same QWER form as League, made them SO MUCH easier to use) first. A ~20 second channeled stun that ALSO deals damage per second is silly as all fuck.
